I am trying to log-in, but it isn’t working. What do I do?

Please be sure that you are logging in using your username, not your e-mail address or birth name. If you are not sure, or think you may have forgotten this information, please click on ““Forgot username or password?” Your username will be sent to your registered e-mail address along with a temporary password. Please note that this password is valid for only one-time use. You must use it to log in and then click on the “Account Settings” tab to select a new password. Please remember to scroll down and click “Save” or “Save and Continue” before leaving the page.

    This isn't helpful. I tried verifying my app but SlingTV isn't listed on your website as a cable provider although we are paying for their service which included Lifetime and A&E. so why aren't they listed on your site as a cable provider so we can use the app????

    I have tried and tried to verify my subscription, but it keep telling me to try again later. Is getting very frustrating!

    This subscription is NOT working. Won't let you log in through providers..incredibly frustrating. Contacted support, was sent an email link which gave me the same error:

    It won't let me in! I'm so frustrated that you do NOT have the correct TV show on!! Put on "I Survived". That's what the GUIDE says.

    i have the same issue and nobody is helping. They asked for my information as in what system and specs via email in which i replied with the information and they still have not replied with a solution.No phone number to call them either.
