Your pictures and/or sound are freezing and skipping like a bad DVD. What can I do to get it fixed?

Please let your cable system know right away!  This is usually a problem with the antenna or receiver at the cable "headend" or technical facility. The problem may also be caused by the equipment that is used to transmit our signal to your home.  Be persistent; cable system reps often automatically blame the network, but such problems with our national feed rarely last for more than a few seconds. We monitor our broadcasts 24 hours a day - something very few cable systems are equipped to do.

    We called cable and they tried everything. It is an activation issue I think. This only happens with Lifetime, no other site or app. PLEASE fix on your end.

    Been having issues through spectrum with lifetime movie network here in Florida . They came out so many times after doing all they can said it’s lifrtime having the issue. Can’t watch a movie without flashes and skipping , freezing up very bad and annoying 200 hundred other Chanel’s work perfectly. You need to address this issue and this is not the app . This getting ridiculous already. Making me drive Cable company nuts for nothing.

    Fix ur shit for months can’t watch 8pm movie . It’s not spectrum it’s at your end horrible . Skipping , freezing , no voice , flashes last few months at prime time tired this crap I had cable company here so many times I think I know all there workers this is a network issue fix it.
