Your pictures and/or sound are freezing and skipping like a bad DVD. What can I do to get it fixed?

Please let your cable system know right away!  This is usually a problem with the antenna or receiver at the cable "headend" or technical facility. The problem may also be caused by the equipment that is used to transmit our signal to your home.  Be persistent; cable system reps often automatically blame the network, but such problems with our national feed rarely last for more than a few seconds. We monitor our broadcasts 24 hours a day - something very few cable systems are equipped to do.

    We called cable and they tried everything. It is an activation issue I think. This only happens with Lifetime, no other site or app. PLEASE fix on your end.
